’DONALD TRUMP has claimed Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are responsible for the rise of the barbaric Islamic State (ISIS).

The outspoken US presidential hopeful used his latest campaign rally to accuse the pair of ignoring his calls for the US to seize oil assets controlled by the terror group and instead allowed ISIS to prosper.
Speaking in Biloxi, Mississippi, he said: “I’ve predicted a lot of things, you have to say, including, 'Get the oil, take the oil, keep the oil.'
“Right? I've been saying that for three years, and everybody said, 'Oh, I can't do that. I mean, this is a sovereign country.' There is no country.”
He added: “They have a bunch of dishonest people.

“They've created ISIS. Hillary Clinton created ISIS with Obama — created with Obama. But I love predicting because you know, ultimately, you need somebody with vision.”
The Republican presidential frontrunner also accused Iran of wanting to take over its neighbour in the wake of the execution of 47 Shia prisoners in Saudi Arabia, including Sheikh Nimr al-Nmr.
He said: “In Tehran, they’re burning down the Saudi embassy, you see that?” Trump said as he opened his remarks. “Now Iran wants to take over Saudi Arabia. They always have. They want the oil. They’ve always wanted that.”
But Mr Trump made no mention at the rally about a jihadi recruiting propaganda video, which used his anti-Muslim rant as “proof” America will turn on its Islamic community.
