These are the intrinsic aging and extrinsic aging.

The Intrinsic aging refers to the normal aging that takes place as a result of advancement in age.

Extrinsic aging, on the other hand, is aging that influenced by the external conditions.

The factors may include the exposure to the sun's UV rays, the foods that we take in our bodies as well as the products that we use on our skin. The underlying of our skin are proteins that enhance the firmness of our skin. It is a complex network of fiber. Majorly it comprises of collagen as well as elastin. The protein ensures that our skin returns to its original place after stretching.

Balanced diet
Always ensure to nourish your body with the essential nutrients. A balanced diet enhances our skins capacity to remain healthy and youthful. Make vegetables as well as fruits your daily delicacies. White meat is also recommended. Ensure also that you regularly take more than five glasses of water frequently. Strict diets are only to be used under the advice of the doctor depending on your condition.

Don’t over indulge in supplements
As we grow older, our bodies tend to lose its strength in metabolisms and the immune system. It means that we need to boost our bodies to maintain our immune system. Quit drinking

Excessive consumption of alcohol has detrimental effects on the skin. Those with the habit of drinking alcohol also tend to deprive their body of the essential nutrients. It is attributed to their unhealthy diets. The nutrients are critical to maintaining a healthy skin and, in general, the whole body. When this happens, aging skin is inevitable.
Take antioxidants
They are vital for the maintenance of a healthy skin.  These include Vitamin A, E and C. Vitamin B is also essential in the body. These nutrients can be found in servings of fish as well as fruits and vegetables.
