American actor, Drake Bell has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) after arrest last year.
According to TMZ, the 29-year-old has now been officially charged with one count of misdemeanour DUI by the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
The former Nickelodeon star was arrested on December 21, 2015 at 2.18am by police in Glendale, California, for driving at 55 miles an hour in a 35 mile an hour zone, overlapping a lane, travelling at an unsafe speed and abruptly stopping at a red light.
Drake, who was placed under arrest earlier, was released on a citation after posting $20k in bail.
