Power Rangers former actor Ricardo Medina Jr. has officially been charged with themurder of his roommate. The Power Rangers actor was first arrested for thecrime in January 2015. Medina, 36, was arrested again on Thursday, January 14,2016, and charged with one count of murder, the Los Angeles County DistrictAttorney's Office said.
The star allegedly stabbed his roommate Joshua Suttermultiple times with a sword at their Green Valley, California, house. The women were reportedly arguing about Medina's girlfriend.
According to the L.A. County District Attorney's office,Medina is scheduled to be arraigned at the Antelope Valley Branch of the LosAngeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, January 19, and prosecutors will askthat his bail be set at $1 million.
If convicted, he could face up to 26 years behind bars.
