In light of the recession and recent comments about his wife belonging in the kitchen & the other room, many Nigerians are losing faith in President Muhammadu Buhari, as the leader who’ll save us from our woes.  But one person who still has faith in him is popstar – Davido.  
The 23 year old who just dropped his 3rd album – Son of Mercy and is the recent cover star of ThisDay Style spoke to the publication about his thoughts on the Buhari administration. 

Speaking in Defense of the commander in chief on his second year in office, Davido said  "I believe the country is going through a lot of reforms at the moment. I certainly don’t believe that two years is enough time to fix Nigeria considering all we have being through. All President Buhari needs is a lot of time, dedication and most importantly, support from the people and God willing he will succeed in making Nigeria great again.  Wise words coming from a man who once referred to 55 year old Ovation publisher Dele Momodu as “his boy”.
