After spending morethan a week receiving treatment for his mental breakdown, rapper Kanye West isout of UCLA Medical Center.

He is said to be at home with his wife, Kim Kardashian and theirkids. TMZ reveals he left the hospital under the care of Kim, and his personalphysician, Dr. Michael Farzam,who called 911 the day Kanye was admitted.

Kanye suffered "nervous breakdown," and stillneeds ongoing psychological and medical treatment.
