Beyoncé and husband Jay Z have welcomed twins, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

“Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends,” the a source said.


They sparked speculation  their twins had arrived when JayZ failed to show up for the ceremony where he was inducted into the songwriters hall of fame .
