A multi-millionaire from the Bronx has left part of her fortune to her felines.

Ellen Frey-Wouter left a huge chunk of her kitty to her own kitties – $300,000, out of a $3million estate.

The payout ensures her cats Tiger and Troy will be properly looked after for the rest of their days.

Frey-Wouter, who was 88 when she died, left detailed exceptionally detailed instructions on how her cats should be looked after and that they ‘never be caged’.

The Netherlands native who worked for the United Nations, died in 2015.

Her husband, a Brooklyn College professor, passed away in 1989, and the couple’s only child died in infancy.

The New York Post says Tiger and Troy are now being cared for by Frey-Wouters’ former house nurses who submit the bills for expenses like food, grooming and vet care which are then reimbursed from that trust fund.

Tiger is now sunning himself in sunny Ocala, Florida while Troy lives with Rita Pohila, one of Frey-Wouters’ former home health aides.

Dahlia Grizzle told the Post that Tiger is a ‘wonderful cat,’ and said it was no surprise to her that so much money was left to the beloved pets.

‘The cats were like her babies,’ Grizzle said.

The rest of the estate was split between her health aides, charities and her lawyer.

If Troy and Tiger die before the $300,000 has been spent, the remainder will be given to Frey-Wouters’ sister in the Netherlands reports ABC.
