Breaking : Carnage on Vegas strip as car plows into 37 people

Chaos on the Vegas Strip ... as a car plowed into a crowd of people on the sidewalk in front of the Planet Hollywood hotel Sunday night . .. mowing down more than 30 people .
At least one person was killed in the incident, according to officials .. . and more than 30 other people were injured.
Emergency personnel raced to the scene and transported the injured to nearby hospitals ... officials say 7 people are in critical condition .

The driver of the car has been arrested and officials are trying to determine if the person was under the influence at the time of the inciden
