Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been breaking box office records since it's release last month and now the film's actors are breaking records too!

Harrison Ford has officially become highest-grossing actor in U.S. box-office history.

The actor's 41 films have grossed $4.699 billion at the domestic box office and The Force Awakens accounts for $764.4 million of that figure, according to Box Office Mojo .
The old record belonged to Samuel L. Jackson, whose films have grossed $4.626 billion. With both stars lined up to appear in several major movies over the next few years, it's likely that they'll jockey for the position.
